Review: My [redacted] keeps receiving calls from [redacted] and the person does not identify themselves nor their company. They keep asking for a person that is not connected with our number, a number that has been in our name for over 5 years. We received another call this morning from the same number and the caller again did not give any identifying information. When my [redacted] again explained that she was not whom the caller was asking for, the caller called my [redacted] a liar and a [redacted] and then hung up. ANY more calls from this number will be considered harassment and legal action WILL be taken immediately. Our number that they keep calling is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I was able to identify the company through the use of various reverse number websites on the internet. This company has no legal reason to be contacting us and has been informed multiple times to stop calling us. I would like an official written letter of apology on their company lettehead and to not receive anymore phone calls. I would also like to know that the company rep that called my [redacted] today has been fired from [redacted] job.

Review: I received a letter from Commonwealth Collections, LLC stating that I have a balance due of $304.20. The letter that I have shows an original client of [redacted] and 4 service dates that have a total balance of $157.45. Any other services to show the $146.75 are not listed. I submitted and got approved for financial assistance from [redacted] since I am not currently employed and do not have the means to pay the outstanding bills. Since my financial assistance was awarded I do not owe [redacted] and I do not owe Commonwealth Collections. I do not have scan capabilities but I will mail you a copy of the letter that I did receive from Commonwealth Collections, LLC.Desired Settlement: This account with Commonwealth Collections, LLC is not accurate. I do not expect for this account to be placed on my credit report. I do not wish to receive additional letters or correspondence from Commonwealth Collections, LLC because I do not owe them.
