Since the install of our sunroom roof in March 2017, we have had multiple leaks and have not yet received our warranty. Since the roof was installed on March 21st, we have had three separate instances of the roof leaking in the sunroom, March 27th, May 5th and most recently on May 25th, 2017. The roof was leaking consistently in four places as outlined: below the right skylight; at the juncture of the house and the sunroom infrastructure on the right side by the interior door; at the juncture of the house and the sunroom infrastructure on the left side of the house by the exterior door; on the middle side of the wall near the sheetrock on the right side.On May 6th the company investigated our concerns. After some work, the gentleman came to speak with me and mentioned that he thoroughly calked the spots that he thought were leaking and assured us that there should be no further concerns with the leaks. New windows were purchased and installed at the hotel Windows leaked and caused damage to the property Commonwealth has not repaired faulty units
Commonwealth Construction was contracted to remove and replace windows at the *** The contract was signed 2/24/with Jeff *** for a price of $43, Installation began around April 13, and completed around June 21, During the installation and until the present time numerous windows have leaked during rain storms Commonwealth would be notified of each leak that day or the next day, but Commonwealth would not address the issue for weeks at at time As a result, the windows would continue to leak and allow water to enter the rooms and cause damage and loss of revenue Since from 4/13/to today, some windows continue to leak and Commonwealth has been unresponsive to repair notifications The last time Commonwealth was present for repairs was August 9, windows still need to be repa
