Commonwealth Exterminators

I was a customer for several years. The worked performed was normally great and timely until the day they missed a scheduled day with me and I sat home for several hours awaiting their technicians arrival. I called them and they told me that they made a mistake, no big deal. Some days later a technician showed up unscheduled and performed the outdoor service with no one home to complete the indoor service. I later received a full late fee bill which I called about and talked to a guy named Cory, who represented himself as the owner. I told him that I would fairly pay for half of the service since it was a mistake/scheduling error on their part, and they never did the indoor second half of the service. This guy was very rude and unprofessional with me and was adamant that this was my scheduling fault and how wrong I was.(regardless of the fact that I sat waiting for a tech for several hours) I decided to conclude my business with him and go elsewhere. No customer should be talked like he did me and expect to keep my business. In lieu of this I'm going to send him a bill for my missed work time.
With Cory's attitude I expect that this company will lose other customers along the way, until he decides to grow up...
