I have not heard from ***, an employee of commonwealth financial services, since April 2nd 2020 in spite of my multiple emails and phone calls to him. I gave him personal information regarding my mother's brokerage account which he was suppose to transfer to my account when my mom died. I have also contacted the main number for commonwealth financial services and left my name and phone number multiple times and have not received a call back from them.
