I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response as there are several lies by Dick Gore's RV. - We never signed a trade in sheet stating a TV was to stay AND we were giving them our tow hitchThe only thing that was discussed was the mattress, which we complied withI'd love to see this if they have one, and it needs to be an original, not a copy- We told *** the trade in camper had the linoleum pulled up in one spotIt was just the flooring, there was NO hole in the camperIt was caused by a screw sticking out & we had the screw removed & replaced by General RV This is the first I've heard of any water damageSomehow something as important as that was never mentioned to us in all our correspondence with the dealership- See attached photo of the TV before we brought the camper in for service & after, with the scratchI emailed *** in service several times with NO RESPONSEOur service ***, ***, denied any damage to the TV and stated they were not going to be held responsible for the damage- The extended warranty wasn't addressed in their responseWe were quoted a certain service fee, but when we were signing the paperwork the fee doubled.

Tell us why here...In response to *** Revdex.com complaintAt time of negotiations it is IMPOSSIBLE for us to give a customer exact interest rates and loan termsThese items are only estimated due to no loan approval or any interest rates are known until after we receive credit apps etcWe had a
signed trade appraisal stating there trade in had a TV so when we give a value site unseen we expect it to be as a customer signed that we would receive, yes we asked our sales person to call and ask her where it was just in case they had placed in a storage compartment that we did not see etc.Do to her being very upset and feeling that we where being untruthful or BAIT AND SWITCH tactics I chose to go ahead and except the trade in with WATER DAMAGE and a HOLE in linoleum that was not disclosed on her trade appraisal sheet eitherAfter reading her emails to her sales rep I asked him to stay out of any service related issues that it would be best for her to deal with service directly as we had struggled to make her happy with any effort and no need to muddy the situation any further As far as a scratch on a TV - we take pride in our service and if we have done ANYTHING to damage a customers unit then we should be held accountable whether we feel we are right or wrong over how the sales side off the deal! She can contact *** *** for TV to be handle properly!

To whom it may concern.This complaint is completely false!Every effort is being made to correct the problems that do exist.The accusations in regards to an employee making advances is absurd.On the occasions *** was on the sales center there were several witnesses to confirm no such

To whom it may concernIn regards to this complaint from Mr.and Mrs. [redacted].We are working diligently to correct the problem.The primary issue revolves around the manufacturer sending the incorrect part.The part referenced is a counter top.The RV is built by [redacted],however the countertops are...

provided by a third party manufacturer.There was a change in design and composition between the 2016 RV they have and the 2017 version.I completely understand the customers frustration and we will continue to correct the problem.We are waiting on the reordered countertop,it should be here within a day or so according to the manufacturer.We have no reason not to perform this service.The RV is under warranty and the mftr.pays us  for all labor and material.Unfotunately we have no control over the mftr.or the freight company.We are working hard to resolve this issue.

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting the response because the business has still not responded to all the issues I have presented to them during my initial and second response. My questions and concerns are still going unanswered.They still have not provided me with a list of issues the submitted to warranty to repair and what warranty will cover and what they have deemed uncovered for the business to cover. They have also not provided me with the list of repairs and replacement they are doing. How can I compare and make sure nothing is being missed that their techs and I compiled. The business states they are replacing a tv but they have not been clear which tv. Is this the missing 40" that came with my brand new rv that was missing due to a theft that occurred on their lot prior to my purchase or are they finally buying a replacement of my personal brand new tv that their tech broke. When is my entertainment system going to be hooked up I bought the unit Nov. 2016 and have never been able to use it. What about my my 2 ac units that are spitting out pieces of black plastic that have been provided to [redacted] in service and are not sealed properly. The ac is not working in 2 rooms still because of this and is would be nice to be cool in everyone. The awning still leaks and I have been informing them of this since day 1. I am very concerned about the 2 financial documents that show completely different figures on the purchase paid! The business also states they are waiting on parts yet I have been informed they have all arrived so when will the techs be out here to complete all the repairs since both of their techs stated they can all been completed on site. Please answer all of my questions so that I can be sure all of the repairs and replacements are completed.

We are still waiting for the mattress to get here from the factory.  Other materials for [redacted] RV are already here and will be installed once the mattress arrives. The TV will also be replaced at that time.

To whom it may concern, The last time Mr [redacted] had his coach on our lot was the day that he took delivery. We have tried to address his every concern. We set short notice appointments for him on two different occasions to address his concerns and he did not show or call to cancel. The last time he...

called, we had a back log of 3 weeks which is normal in the industry and he got very angry and lashed out at 3 different employees. We have tried to help him every time. We have been in business for more than 35 years and we have a very loyal following of customers, many of which are 2 and 3 time repeat buyers. We try very hard to treat everyone with the same great service. The fact the we put him ahead of the line two different times and he never called or showed up is not Dick Gores Fault. We are sorry if he feels otherwise but we have tried. Sometimes it is not possible to please every customer but we do try to. Thank you, [redacted], [redacted]
