Purchase Gorell 5305 windows in 2010. Now it is 2018 and a window is “spotting”, or lost the inert gas. Other windows will most probably follow. With Gorell out of business, zero chance of getting a replacement or refund. Never do business again with Gutter Guard, the contractor who sold and installed these junky windows.

Review: I contracted Commonwealth Gutter Systems to install gutters, downspouts and gutter guards on my home in 2011. With the recent storms I have noticed a collection of leaves and an over flow of water from my gutters. I called Commonwealth Gutters Systems and [redacted] came out to inspect the problem. He discovered that there weren't any gutter guards on my front gutters as was stated in our contract. He agreed to send someone out within a few days to correct the problem. So far no one has shown up to complete this job. When I called and left messages no one calls back. I also called the Town of Ashland to check the name on the business license only to discover that Commonwealth Gutter Systems does not currently have a business license in the Town of Ashland where the business is locatedDesired Settlement: clean gutters and install gutter guards per contract within a reasonable time
