We hired Kenny to inspect a new home we built before our orientation since we knew little to nothing what to look for. Finding Kenny was a true blessing and a life saver. He inspected the home top to bottom and found major issues with the new construction. Without Kenny we would have ended up with a lemon. Builder tried to discredit his report and refused to make necessary repairs resulting in us walking away from the purchase. We had to seek legal advice to break out of contract and attorney said we were lucky to have found Kenny. He said he is impressed with level of detail and the quality of inspector's report.

To say Kenny *** is impressive is an understatement. He went through the house I am in the process of buying with a fine tooth comb and made detailed, expert commentary about each and every issue he saw. My wife was initially skeptical about using him because of his marginally higher price compared to other home inspectors we considered but once she saw the home inspection report he sent she said he is worth every penny and then some. We put the report he sent in a binder and expect to use it as a home owner’s manual for years to come. He could charge substantially more than his current rates and still be very good value for the money. My real estate agent is relatively new to the profession and when she heard we decided to use Kenny *** had great concerns because she had heard he is a “deal killer” who discourages people from buying houses so he can do multiple inspections. From what I experienced, nothing could be further from the truth. His assessment was extremely fair and thorough. After meeting him, she and her husband who was present at the inspection surprised and impressed with his thoroughness and expertise too. If your real estate agent tries to dissuade you from using him, either a) he or she has not dealt with him personally or b) is dishonest and does not want you to have the most accurate, detailed information you can possibly have before your purchase. If you are reading this and are considering which home inspection agency you should hire, I can not emphasize enough how much I encourage you to look no further. Kenny *** in the man you want in your corner to protect your potential investment or even more importantly the safety of your loved ones in your new home. Far from being a deal killer, he has given me greater confidence and understanding as I move forward with my purchase. I greatly respect that he does not take referrals from real estate agents, as that would create a potential conflict of interest, but think buyers’ agents who are truly protecting the interests of their clients would steer them toward Kenny anyways.

Kenny came highly recommended by a friend. He did a home inspection for my daughter. It was a one story house w/a basement & he was there for 3 1/2 hours & took 152 pictures. I am very glad she used him because he is VERY thorough and HIGHLY knowledgeable. He is very patient w/any questions you may have. He will explain what is cosmetic only, what repairs are immediate, what needs done over the next couple of years & what needs done in the next 5 or 10 years. He can even recommend which companies to use. Whether you plan on selling your home, or buying a home, I would definitely recommend him for your inspector. He is an honest, hard-working man, whom you can trust. Realtors only care about their bottom line, but Kenny actually cares about you. And when purchasing a home that you will be paying for for the next 30 years, you need someone on your side. He is on your side.
