You write that you want ‘to ensure it is resolved correctly,’ yet refuse to honor our contract, as written, and order my door according to that contract. You write that you ‘are working to get the matter resolved as immediately as possible,’ yet you have spent three months trying to get me to accept your mistake with a big band-aid over features for which I paid extra. I am just asking to get what I ordered, contracted for, and in good faith partially paid for. So, re-submit my order correctly and stop trying to cover up your mistake and expecting me to accept that. Or, return my money so I can go elsewhere. *** ***
