Commonwealth Oral & Facial Surgery

My wisdom teeth needed to come out and my dentist recommended DrE at Commonwealth oral and facial surgery after I had a weird experience at a different oral surgeon that left me feeling uncertainDrE and everyone I met at both the Hugenot office and the West Broad location were terrificI developed dry sockets and had to get them packed and both offices were clean, efficient, and super friendly and caringI had such a great experience I almost considering going back to school to become an oral surgeonTo their credit, when I accidentally called them an orthodontist instead of an oral surgeon, they didn't even get mad They were good sports

I waited a month to be seen by *** *** only to be greeted by an accounts receivable rep informing me of a past due bill from for my daughter, that I had no knowledge of He told me that no procedures could be done until I paid the full amount of $ I have no problem in paying what I owe, but what I do have a problem with is how they handled it I am in severe oral pain and have been for over a year, and once again, I waited over a month to be seen my this office If it wasn't going to cost me anything to be evaluated, why didn't the evaluation happen before they bombarded me with the past due amountI was so taken back and humiliated, that I just got out of the seat and left the buildingI then called back to a main office and was told that my past due amount had fallen through the cracks, but sense I was in the office they had decided to confront me before I saw the doctor WRONG MOVE!
So without evaluating me (which they said wouldn't cost anything) they presented a horrible representation of the doctor, whom I never got to meetI am still in pain and will never go back to this business

He told me that no procedures could be done until I paid the full amount of $495. I have no problem in paying what I owe, but what I do have a problem with is how they handled it.
