I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
The Commonwealth Associates did not make a single attempt to contact me and/or to try resolving this issue with me since June, Their request to simply restore their rating given their refusal to resolve this issue and to comment/discuss this complaint is unacceptable“As a business that holds excellent customer service in the highest regard”, I am confident that this company would at least try resolving issues with their customers when complaints are receivedIt is also within my expectation as a customer that a patient care company is capable to discuss cancellation/refunding issues without violating their patients’ confidentialityFurthermore, specifically in regards to my previous complaint, therapists should not make a charge for a missed session without their utmost consideration for their patients and their circumstancesIn my case, my health was not in this company’s best interest and they have failed to value the importance of an emergency that warranted an immediate trip to the ER, which was advised by a physician in writing.
