I am rejecting this response because: There is no Documented Video of Anything, I have told your service writer and technician when asked about itI even mentioned that I would be more then happy to bring both vehicles in to compare as he's my neighborMy Stock Lancer with a Radiator Upgrade (Done after several water pump jobs after being told you wouldn't honor your warranty) and exhaust work does not make 800+ Horsepower like on the videoThat should be obvious to any of your "experienced" TechniciansI have spoken with the people who recorded the video, and they would be more then happy to call you. The only things you had replaced is a radiator cap, and a overflow rubber hoseWhich are both under $5. My Warranty was present for all water pump jobs and was still present under your 12,Mile Month Warranty every timeWhich if isn't your warranty I was lied too The job was never fixed, diagnosed, or repaired correctlyAn Exhaust Modification would not cause high pressure in the cooling system, another obvious oneI was never told I would not have a warranty, I was told you would not honor it come the last time the pump was leakingIn Fact, the last time the vehicle was given back to me after being repaired the weep hole was leaking again not a day afterThe Service writer noticed that it was leaking againIt's a simple fix, I don't want anyone from your shop trying to fix anything else on my vehicleI would just like a refund since you couldn't complete any of the work asked to doLike I said, the vehicle wasn't diagnosed, repaired, or taken care of properlyYou did not tow it every time eitherThe excuses given from the service department were ridiculous, I was told the service writer who had handled all my repairs "didn't work for that dealership, so what he said didn't matter." I was told multiple times to install aftermarket head studs, which I obviously declined after being told it would void my warrantyI was told the master technician was handling my car. As a matter of fact, the second and third time the vehicle was in for a leaking pump, it was diagnosed as a faulty part. "The factory must have a bad batch with damaged weep holes", as I was told from AJI expected a lot more out of the dealerI'm just seeking a resolution, It's a lot of money to give away for a problem that was never fixedThat should be unquestionable at this point

Re: Repairs
to your 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution
Thank you
for allowing us to respond to your complaint. We have looked into the repairs
that were done to your vehicle and this is what was found. Your vehicle
initially had the water pump...

replaced at Mark Mitsubishi when your vehicle had
99,627 miles on it, and it was out of warranty so you were charged $678.91 for
the repairs. The next time you needed assistance we towed your vehicle into the
shop, as well as two additional times at no cost to you when you had trouble
with the vehicle. On this service visit and subsequent visits, Technicians
found that the water pump was leaking out of the weep hole. We again replaced
the water pump, gaskets and had Mitsubishi Techline assist with what might be
causing the pressure build up in the water pump and they suggested we also
replace the radiator cap, which we did, again at no cost to you.
It was noted
by the service manager that your vehicle did not have any catalytic converters
on it, and that the exhaust had been modified for high performance which very
well may be causing the issues you are experiencing. It seems that your vehicle
has been modified to use under circumstances other than normal street driving and
there exists documented video of this. These actions will void any factory
warranties that might apply.
Your vehicle
now has over 107,000 miles on it, and given the modifications that have been
done to the vehicle, Mark Mitsubishi can no longer offer goodwill repairs on
your vehicle.
