At the interview of the complainant [redacted], she told me that she was available for any schedule. Having agreed on the salary, I employed, trained, and put her on schedule a week after the training.

[see attached copy of the schedule] she was informed of her schedule on Thursday April **, 2014.[4 days in advance] Nevertheless, she refused to show up for work and I have to let her go. 
Considering the fact that I trained her in contemplation of employment with my company and she refused to take the employment, it is my belief that she is not entitled to get paid for training. However without admitting any wrongdoing I am hereby making a good faith effort to pay her for the training. I hereby enclosed the check.

Less I forgot, you wrote this letter to [redacted], he passed away about 10 years ago, please let your record reflect this.

Review: I applied for employment with communicar inc. I was told by the [redacted] name [redacted] that I would be paid for training. I trained with the company for a total of 20 hours. Tuesday april **, 2014 hours 11am-3pm/ wednesday april **, 2014 hours 10a.-6pm/ monday april **, 2014 hours10am-6pm for a total of 20 hours. The [redacted] told me I was hired and that I would get a call from him in one week to get my working schedule. The [redacted] called me 2 weeks later on april [redacted], 2014 at 12:30pm to tell me to be to work in 2 hours with out any notification of what my schedule would be the week before. I informed the [redacted] that I couldn't make it, and I can come in on the next day he has me scheduled.He told me if I didn't come in to work that I was not needed by the company. I asked him about my training check and he told me he was not giving me anything. I told him I will call The Revdex.com and he said go ahead, this is why I'm filing a complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid for the training of 20 hours that I dedicated to the company communicar inc.
