Worst internet provider in existence Internet is slow, tech support does nothing to help you, Internet routinely drops I attempted to put a trouble call in with them over the weekend and got an answering service who took a message and said I would get a call back on Monday, here it is wendsday and no word from them Worthless company!

We have been forced to use this company since moving here in 4/with the promise from management that as soon as their contract with them lapses, they were switching to another provider

This company very unreliable and extremely slow It goes out every week multiple times but it is damn well guaranteed to go out every Friday - Sunday with out fail I had to type this on my smart phone because my wifi is down I spoke to *** H at the Ventura office last week and he had the audacity to tell me I would have to understand these things happen! Every week ***? Well I want all of my money back for this cheap unreliable service Our only other choice where we live is difrom Frontier formerly Verizon We can't get any decent carriers in the portion of the city we live in Going to the City Council to complain If this company cannot provide adequate service, it needs needs to be forced to close down

Isn't it illegal for an area to only have one option for internet? The provider can literally charge whatever they want!! Monopoly much?? This company has nothing but terrible reviews and it is the only option for several areasSomeone needs to step in and do something about this! What can be done??

responded to Mrs. P. service complaint the 5th of July. I found the Internet at the side of the mobile home was working and found no problems with our service. I then had Andy P. to come outside and I showed him that our Internet was hooked up and working at the side of his mobile home. I then informed him that he probably had some existing problems with the wiring or old splitters under his mobile home. If he wanted our company to have a service tech come out and replace his old wiring or splitters, I would have to charge him a service call, time and materials. Andy then went over to the crawl space door and moved some tools and equipment. Andy then opened the crawl space door. At that time we could see a combination of DirectTV splitters that were inserted into his cable that was not being used. At that time I removed the Direct TV's four-way splitter and the six-way splitter. His son then checked the modem service in the house. He came back and told me the Internet was working now. After working on his service call, I told Andy P. if you have anymore problems please call me. He then thanked me and I left.
On July 7th I called Mrs. P., I only got her voicemail. I went ahead and left a message, that if she had any problems, please call me.

Horrible Company. $40 a mont for 2 Mbps on a good day. Customer service is a joke. When you call they don't even greet you and let you know there name, they simply say "communication Services". Any professional company would let you know who you are speaking to and at least ask how they can assist you. I would not recommend this company to anybody. I too had the same issue to where the installer put a splitter into my direct TV and screwed up my DVR services. When I called the company they gave me no explanation and basically said that the coaxial ran in the house was originally installed by them so Direct TV shouldn't have used the same runs. Buyers beware this company is stealing people's money. They don't even update there system for more Mbps.

Review: When my husband and I moved into this apartment complex in 5/2015, we were told by the Manager that a small internet company was under contract with them for provision of all internet cable/tv. We were told that the company name was Communication Serices and were given the information to call them because they were the only existing service serving our area. The Manager said that they were unhappy with the service and were looking into finding another because CS was not proving quality service to the residents. I asked how long this would be and the manager said probably a month or two. The Manager said a new owner had just recently aquired the property at Cedar Glen Apartments. Internet problems started almost immediatly with tiling on the cable channels and internet outages. Techs came out several times, checked my equipment which was always fine, and most of the television tiling issues were solved. They only occur now occasionally. The internet outages however, have continued for all these months. I have put numerous calls into tech support, some of which resulted in a tech coming out then leaving with the internet still not working and other just a ticket put in and no communication at all from the company. I remember one call in particular to their support service where the lady told me that I showed 124 disconnects in 24 hours. The last time one of their techs was out again, I asked him to please tell the owners that there may be wiring/signal/tap issues.I asked him if he would use this service and he stated, "Probably not." I am out of options as I am retired and cannot afford to move again this soon.Desired Settlement: I do online business for a vending company and am responsible for fielding all their service calls to the owner for about 6 hrs a day. I am losing not only wages but the ability to use a service I am paying for. This is an ongoing problem which I cannot aford to let go anymore. I am seeking total compensation for all the past months of lost wages and the monthly service fees charged by CS since 4.2015. I am asking that they upgrade their services for the remaining time I am a customer NOW.

Review: I used their services because they were recommended by the Hueneme Bay Community where I recently purchased a home. Upon original installation there was no internet connection. When I called their offices for assistance because their technician left without making sure that the internet worked. They refused to help me and said that it was my problem. I took my computer to best buy and they said that Communication Services was supposed to provide a modem. I purchased the modem from Best Buy because I did not want to participate with the unprofessional representatives. I recently had Dish Network out for service because my second bedroom tv has not worked since Communication Services was out. The rep from Dish Network said that they were connected to the Dish equipment and that in order for the tv to operate he had to unplug their equipment. I called and spoke with Yvonne and she said that Dish was supposed to install equipment for Comunication Services wire. She also quoted $65.00 for the first 1/2 hour if one of her techs were to come out to install what they need for their service to work. I do not want to pay because the original tech from Communication Services should have made sure that there was internet service and installed what he needed without unplugging Dish Network! At the very least they should come out immediately and correct the problem.Desired Settlement: Full refund for all months of services or correct equipment and working internet service restored at NO CHARGE for their original mistake.

There taking advantage of active military. I pay 39.99 a month for 5 down and .75 up. When I am not even getting these speeds consistently. There basic cable is 56.00$ a month what a rip off when other companies you can get for half this price for 25-50 down and 5 up. I wish there was something I can do I wish time warner or Verizon was able to provide to us I know they come on base.

We are an active military family, when we were stationed in Port Huemene, CA, we decided to give our business to a local small business instead of the "big name" company. What a mistake! We had issues with the signal and the out dated equipment. So frustrating. The worst part was trying to get our refund check. We had paid our bill in full and were due a refund of less than $50.00. When I called the first time (of many) I was told the check was mailed to our present address, but we never received it. I was told that they would have to "research" where it was mailed and if it had been cashed. I was told to call back. I made three more calls over the course of months, always the same story. We are still researching. Remember we are talking about less than $50.00 dollars. I feel I am getting the run around. I believe they think I am just going to give up and stop calling. Never. Be warned this company is shady, cheap and out of date. Go with the big name company and enjoy big name company customer service. I would not be going through this if I had.
