I received a book from this company on Wed of this week but it does not appear to be what I ordered, close
but not exactly and left out info I was interested in, name of material sent was different than what I orderedThen I was suppose to get the extra valuable bonus "Retire Rich" and didn't get that eitherInstead of the company sending me exactly what I ordered and the bonus and me sending this backIf they would send me the Superwealth book of businesses, Plans & Know-How and the bonus Retire Rich with a label for this book they sent to go back to themThat would workI think this would be a fair exchange because I'll have to incur some expense of returning this book that is just not what I orderedThank you very much.

Review: I ordered information from this company on 3/**/15 ("Superwealth Secrets") and sent them 34.95 via my [redacted] card# but I have never received my material. I wrote them on 5/**/15 and still have heard nothing. (today is 5/**/15) I have ordered other material from them before and sometimes it took a little bit, never this long and never without a reply. Review: On 7/**/2013 I sent back the book "BILLION SOURCES" for a full refund ($24.95) in accordance with the items' "full money back" one year guarantee, yet to date I still have not received the refund.

I followed up, this request on 9/**/2013, with a letter sent directly to [redacted], the publisher, and still no response or refundDesired Settlement: An immediate refund check, which is now long overdue

Review: I ordered two books this company features and filed a complaint with you in order to ever get 1 of the books. It was not as it was advertised and I sent BOTH books back to company on 8/**/15 which was well within my timeframe to return with a full refund. I have not heard anything from the company. I am writing them again today via direct mail

about the status of my refund. Both purchases were put on same credit card and I just want them to credit that card. I have also requested they remove me from their mailing list because I don't want to try any more material from them. I have the address I filed this under and another box # [redacted] New York for the company. Review: On ** Aug 14 I sent Communication Publishing $29.95 for information on Billion Resources want to send you free cash. When I received their information it didn't match up to the advertisement that was sent to me, There was no page 567 for reverse tuition, no page 201 for need up to $7,700 cash etc. On the [redacted] of Sept ** I sent them back their pamphlet that they sent with a letter explaining the defaults they had in their advertisement. Review: Back in December **,2013 this company received my book I purchased in October. I have the U.S. Postal Service Certified Mail Receipt to track on when it was delivered to Communications Publishing. Then at the end of January of 2014 I called the number I found on line. When I called this [redacted] I get a recording stating that I would get my money back on Discover card in 3 pay cycles. It is now the forth cycle and I still do not have my money back. Review: Received via unsolicited mail an advertisement from "[redacted]" for his "Guaranteed Maximum Lottery Riches" method that he was releasing to the first 1000 or more serious players...On the order form instructions it stipulated making out checks to LOTTO MASTER and the mailing address was: [redacted] 11/**/13 I sent the required $35.00 via personal check, which was deposited and posted to my bank account on 11/**/13 with the following information stamped on the back of the check: FOR DEPOSIT ONLY COMMUNICATIONS PUBLISHING PHONE ###-###-#### ACCOUNT 9612679I called ###-###-#### but there is only a short recording about two other products at two lower prices than mine. I did return it at my own expense, and according to the terms of the gaurantee, on 12-**-13. I have heard nothing from this company, and, in fact, cannot reach them by phone. Review: first week of nov. 2015 I ordered a book for 34.95. communications publishing took out the money on the [redacted] of nov. as of today feb * 2016 I have not received the book or the return of the money. I have called numerous times and they only have a robot talk on the phone no human wii some on and talk to you. in the mean time I have moved but the pos office is aware of my new address and they have not yet received it. I am a senior living on ss and cant afford to lose any money. hope you can help other wise I will go to the attorney general with this.Desired Settlement: refund immediately of my money

Review: On October *, 2013 I sent a check in the amount of $34.95 for a book called "Million Dollar Secrets They Don't Want You To Know... That Can Make You Rich". On Oct. [redacted] my check was cashed and so far nothing has been received. I've been trying to get in touch with the Co., but they only have a recorded message and unable to get through. The recording states that the book was shipped through the Postal Service and it can take four weeks or more to arrive. The phones I been using are ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### and both have the same recording on it. Since I had never dealt with this Co. before, I thought this was a bona fide Co., but turning to the Internet I pretty soon found out that they are out there to scam you. Is there or can you provide any other assistance I can complain to in order to try and get my money back and shut this guy down for good.Desired Settlement: Do not want book since the information on it is worthless and prefer my money back.
