I am rejecting this response because: There were plenty of moving blankets available to be used and I did not give permission to the loaders to use my sleeping bags and bed sheets for cushionWhy would I authorize those expensive items to be used to cushion wood furniture?I would like to be refunded an amount to replace all damages unauthorized itemsNot good business practice to hide behind a contract and not fully replace damaged items due to negligence of employees.All I'm asking is to be treated fairly and to have the value of my items replaced
