your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear The company has yet to do the following:1) provide us with a valid contract with start and end date and details required by California law. 2) reasons or explanation why so much cash was requested up front3) company has not completed various projects that they have been paid in full for.4) provide us with valid, detailed pricing on items. There are handwritten notes and other typed note and the prices are not the same. Details of product, timelines, etc. not provided.5) company agreed to complete front wall and continues to provide excuses and is behind on the timeline they provided right after this Revdex.comb complaint was submitted. They are currently 5 days behind and continue to not show up on days they say they will. items not completed:Turf in back (poor workmanship and will need to be replaced)Electric/gas outlets and lines  the company requested payment up front for Drainage that the company requested full payment upfront Irrigation (the company requested full payment up front)It is impossible to match what we are being charges to what was quoted. We have tried to get [redacted] to do the work to at least use the large amount of monies we have to him, it's been impossible. We requested a check returned until the work was completed and he ignored this request. My husband has attempted to work with [redacted] the past several weeks and it's been very hard. Bottom line is [redacted] requested a 10k down payment before work started and then other monies stating he needed the amount up front- even before the materials were onsite. We believe this is not legal and have asked [redacted] for a detailed explanation, as well as a valid contract and ge continues to ignore our requests. We are hoping the wall gets completed by the date he promised, but it looks like he is behind and today had one worker show up for a couple hours after promising us a full crew to make up for lost time he had last week. We cannot even hire another. On tractor until [redacted] finishes the wall outside so we feel like we are at the mercy of [redacted] and he. Continues to ignore these serious issues. We are trying very hard to resolve this so we can just move on, but [redacted] just doesn't seem to care about following though n he commitments. Hopefully he will be done and provide is with what  we have requested this week.
