The California legislature put some systems in place to regulate the delivery of Homeowner Association documents, demands and certificates. Those timelines are not the gold standard, they are the minimum standard. It is 10 days. This company missed the lowest standard. Twice. The gold standard would be you get off your [redacted] and help your customers out, not wait until the last possible moment and then miss the timeline all together. Apparently they have no respect for the homeowners that pay their dues which pay CAMS's fees. They managed to lose not one but two checks sent to them. I wholeheartedly believe that they deliberately lost those checks so they could extort a rush fee from the buyer. They are punitive in their approach to doing business and [redacted] is a head case on a good day. She clearly has no idea what customer service might look like. I don't know why any community would subject their homeowners to this kind of abuse. I have been a Homeowner in this community for over ten years and she is absolutely terrible to work with.Disrespectful. Unhelpful. Punitive. Useless.
