The client relocated and closed out her Xcel account on July 1st, She did not re-establish utility service at her new locationThe client had a credit balance with Xcel Energy of $192.07, of which $were the result of her Energy Assistance benefit Per Energy Assistance Program
rules, Xcel returned $to the program and mailed a check to the client for her contributed portion which was ($47.07). CAPSH was not notified until after the account was closed and the refund had occurred. Therefore, the opportunity to inform the client in advance of process was not possible
