Review: I bought an ac from these people I was not happy from day 1 I have called and asked to take it out I paid about 700.00 for and it does not work efficenly I need air as I have a heart problem and asthma no matter when I call I get told the same thing we'll call you back in 10minutes of course that never happens I thought I was being fair by keep calling but to no good.Desired Settlement: seeing as they cant fix to work right but really they shouldn't have to fix a brand new ac for that much money. just give me back my money

We spoke with customer yesterday morning the ac unit is cooling, customer does not like the fact the unit is shutting off, that is the energy feature on this unit, we set service up with the manufacture last week, I told the customer we would call the manufacture and see why they have not set service yet, this being on a Saturday we would have to wait till Monday because they are closed on the weekend, I will have one my installers go back and explain how to use the unit on Monday if that is acceptable!

Review: purchased a [redacted] grill on 2/28/2015 was promised delivery in two weeks. After the two week period I called and was told it was delayed in shipping, I called again two more times with no delivery date. On 4/1/15 I went to another appliance store purchased the same grill was given a date of April 18th for delivery. I stopped by Community appliance cancelled my sale. I was told credits are given back on Thursdays so this cancellation date was a Wednesday I assumed my credit would be done the next day. It is now April 9th and I still have not gotten back my $3468.94. I spoke to the boss on 4/8 and was told it would be done immediately and I still do not have credit.Desired Settlement: I want my [redacted] card credited

The customer purchased the grill, weber had a back order on this grill, if another store had it in inventory that does not mean Community Appliance had it in stock!! The credit was issued on 4- 8 -15, The customer can call [redacted] and check it was processed!! thank you[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I did call [redacted] card and there is no credit pending. They will dispute the charge for me since the company did state they would credit us since April 1st. and it is the 10th today.
