We Provided a Service call *under warranty [redacted] on 9/9/for [redacted] At this time, the freezer was located at a different residence than where we had originally delivered itI then informed [redacted] via phone, that due to it being installed from someone other than us, the warranty was void, as stated in the warranty He was unhappy with this, and asked me resend him a copy of the receipt/warranty via email, which I indeed did within the hourPlease note: [redacted] also informed me that said freezer had been moved twice since the original delivery location, and freezer had not functioned since the second installationI did inquire how the freezer had been transported, (upright, on it's side, etc,) to which his response was "upright" At this point, we were more than willing to go above and beyond to please a valued customerDespite the warranty being VOID, we offered resolutions 1) He brings the freezer into our shop, and we will repair it FOR FREEHe would then also be responsible for transporting it back to his residence 2) We pick up the freezer from his residence, repair it in shop FOR FREE, and then redeliver the freeze back to his residence., at his expense for pickup/redeliver, which was $($each way) He agreed to go with option 1) However, rather than fulfilling his end of said agreement, he began to harass the company with phone calls and threats of action I have attached both the receipt that has the amended addresses, and original warranty I have also included the threatening letter that was given to us by *** *** SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

The W/D set were purchased on 12/20/We set up delivery for 12/22/We write the delivery in (2) different locations, so we get it correctThis set was delivered promptly and on time on 12/22/(even though *** had given us incorrect address information)Apon delivery, she
immediately complained that delivery was supposed to be on the 23rd (even though we definitely had it scheduled for the 22nd..there were employees that witnessed it being scheduled)
When the delivery tech was there, he wrapped a towel around the water nozzle, as he noticed it leakingHe did let *** know that, and why he placed it thereThe nozzle is NOT located on the hoses nor the washerIt is existing on the building, and thus the landlord/owner is responsible for that repair/maintenance
When *** called us later that day, to let us know she found water under the dryer, I asked her to dry it up, then run a load, and see if the leakage was coming from under the machine, or near the water hoses
She kept screaming at me, and couldn't seem to comprehend what I was asking her to doShe just kept saying "I never ran a load"Which made sense to me, that the probable cause was going to be the nozzle
After several attempts of trying to get her to listen to what I was asking her to do, It became clear to me that she was so erratic, and at that point I calmly told her that she didn't need to do anything, and we would be happy to come out and check the issue, next day
She continued to yell at me, and I simply repeated the question "Is it ok if we come out tomorrow between 1-PM to fix your washer?" At this point, she still continued to rant, and I said "The owner will contact you"
When the owner came out, she threatened to "beat him up", complained that he was "Mexican", and threatened "police action"At this point, he readily agreed to have police to come out, and witness her behaviorLater, Luis, the owner, indeed called police to make a report and ask for advice on how to deal with this person and her unacceptable behaviors
While there, he tried to explain and show *** where the water was leaking from (the nozzle/faucet) and explained to her that it needed to be replaced (we cannot replace it nor are responsible for that issue)
Luis asked to contact the owner/landlord so he could explain what the problem was, what was going on, and needed to be fixedShe refused to provide the building owner's information
We tried everything we could do, and there is nothing wrong with our install process that we completed on the set, nor something wrong with the machine itself that we are required to fix
Thank you so much,
