Uses bullying tactics in enforcing HOA violations and refuses to communicate effectively in handling grievances with violations or scheduling of hearings. All around this causes a toxic environment amongst the community and is not effective in promoting a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Instead it makes the HOA come across as domineering and uncaring. This is not a good organization to use to facilitate your HOA because of their lack of caring, inability to provide grace, and instead results to further bullying when you challenge the way they handle things.

Each home owner is a member of the HOA. You do not just work for the Board, you work for the members of the HOA as well and if we have grievances you need to talk to us as equals. Like we're your customers. Instead of talking down to an annoyed customer listen to them and hear them out and maybe reach out to make amends.

Mr. H - The hearing and hearing date is set by your associations board of directors, not by our company. We serve at the pleasure of the board of directors and enforce the associations governing documents as directed by the board. The board is made up of homeowners within your community elected annually. We're sorry that you feel like two weeks notice to attend a hearing with the associations board, after receiving several notices about the issue and time to correct it, is short notice. Please contact us to discuss your concerns and let's collaborate so that we may work together provide a better experience to you and the rest of the homeowners in your community.

In summary, greedy and terrible customer service. They charge $245 for documents that are required to sell your property such as master insurance, community financial, etc. These documents should be available to be downloaded for free through the community portal. I went down to their office to discuss this with Richard, the Operations manager and he left in the middle of our talk and called the police on me. He is legally obligated to resolve issues with owners of properties in communities he manages but he did not. Terrible 0/5.

Mr. Contacted our office as a result of his CLOSING ATTORNEY requiring him to pre-pay us for the documents required for a closing. The documents were ordered expedited by the attorney, which increased the cost. Mr *** expected to get these documents for free, and refused the explanation of charges.

Mr. got aggressive on the telephone and started cussing our staff on the phone (have the phone recordings). He then asked to speak to someone in charge. Richard P spoke with Mr., and again Mr. could not comprehend that he should pay for documents related to his home closing, and expected them for free. He informed us he would be in our office in 30 minutes and hung up.

When Mr. arrived in our office, Richard attempted to discuss the issue again and to help Mr. understand there are costs associated with these documents that are not the responsibility of the HOA, and are usually collected at closing by the closing attorney. He refused to listen to logic and got belligerent. He refused to leave our offices. The police were called, and he still refused to leave. The Police physically removed him from our offices, and while doing so he resisted the officers and was arrested.

Mr. simply does not understand that there are fees associated with a closing (title search, Title insurance, Appraisal Fee, Closing Fees, HOA Estoppel fees) as explained here: http://communityassociationmanagement.com/c66-marketing-content/c67-general-web-content/why-do-i-have-to-pay-for-a-resale-package/

Mr. ultimately paid for the documents and they were delivered to his closing attorney as ordered.
