I give 3C Automotive an A+ rating! I had a problem with my car while driving and took it in for a diagnostic testThe staff was able to pull the code, give me an estimate and advise me of my repair optionsI was miles away from home, so they worked me in right then and completed the repairWhile I was there, they drove a customer back to their home; put air in another customer's tires at no charge, and installed a turn signal bulb for a lady that had to make them "take something for your time"My experience with 3C Automotive was great!

1) Unit was sold in May and complaint (not a malfunction or warrant repair) was first revealed December 2) When customer was making purchase he was advised strongly to get another model which we 100% knew would deal with his complex requirements, and he was advised to let us do
the installation as it is not a do-it-yourself type of electronicsCustomer chose against our strong advice and chose to buy a special order cheaper unit with the hope it would work, and try installation himselfEven so we waived a $labor charge to try to make his choice of unit do what he wanted* * *** * ** *** ** ***3) We offered a cash settlement of dealer cost on the unit, a fair offer on a month old special order unitWe would still have been out $labor and own a unit we do not stock or sell regularlymonths would be much to late to return to manufacturer, as new, and get our money back*This customer said he was an architectWe have many many cases where architects, contractors, electricians, interior decorators etcin related trades come to us for product knowledge and soon realize they are in over their depth when trying to deal with complex modern electronicsThey then accept our advice (we have been in business since 1981) and the outcome is excellentThis customer went out on his own and was not timely in seeking helpWe tried to soften the mistake with free labor and a reasonable refund butinstead he makes a Revdex.com complaint, our first in years.I hope this clarifies the true nature of the transactionJohn Adams
