So what you're saying is the people that YOU hire for YOUR company are lying to your face? You're the OWNERDo you have any sort of screening process for when you hire your employees? Great business strategy you have thereAnd you're also telling me that you never follow up with your customers about any problems that were incurred? As a manager in customer service, anytime a customer encountered an issue, I fixed it, and then I PERSONALLY made sure I at least made ONE attempt to check in with them after the issue was correctedBut then again, that's because I actually cared about their business and wanted them to returnAnd if your employees are lying to you, clearly like they did with my headlight brackets, and clearly like they did when they told you that the strip was replaced, what makes you think I want your employees to even come near my car againWhat else will I find broken or wrong after I get my car back? This complaint will stay open until I have the time to drive out there and have my car repairedI will also confirm the exact length of the strip, and if you do not have that exact length, you need to ensure that you get it before I get out there
