At Community Auto Center we take these types of complaints very seriouslyThe salesperson Amanda *** met with Mr*** on several occasions and got to know him and his need for a vehicle and how hard it was going to be to find a safe
reliable car for a person with such poor creditThis required a lot of work on Ms. ***'s part trying to find a bank that would be able to provide financing for such a high risk borrowerCommunity Auto Center uses only outside banks and has never had in house financing. Mr*** agreed to purchase a Ford FusionMs *** met Mr *** at the dealership at 12:am on Monday because that was the only time he could meetThey filled out the paper work and he left with the vehicleHe was never promised that a bank who takes on such high risk low credit individuals reports creditHe was informed that if he did not pay his obligations they would report a default or repossession if that occurredHe was told the banks have no obligation to report creditMs *** had a very hard time finding a bank who would finance a car for a person with a very low credit score and no ability to provide the lender with proof of income. Mr *** stopped by the dealership no less than times to say hello to AmandaThere was never any hint of frustration on *** part and expressed his happiness with the Fusion he purchased from Ms***also within the last month Mr .*** been in the dealership working with Ms *** to find and additional vehicleCommunity Auto Center is not sure what went a stray with Mr ***, but as stated we take these incidents very seriously, and feel there were no misrepresentations made at all or at any time. We look forward to continuing to work with Mr*** on his next vehicle.Respectfully---Community Auto Center LLC
