Summers was terrificI called on a hot summer day and was given a window of a couple hours when A/C technician would be available, and received a second call as he could come soonerI was amazed as I had waited for several days with no return calls in the heat for the company that had installed in years ago Joe, the technician at Summers, did a quick job accessing what was wrong (a contact not turning on the fan outside), replaced it, and as parts were under warranty only had to pay labor (had online coupon from Summers website)Joe showed me what was wrong on the unit & showed me the bad part as well after removing & replacing itThey had a fair price, lower than I would have paid with company that installed the unit I was extremely pleased with the quick & professional serviceEveryone was friendly & professional from the person taking my call to Joe, the technician who repaired the A/C unit I only wish I had called Summers firstI would use them again for A/C plus I will use them for heating and plumbing next time I need service Thank you Joe & Summers!!!

We came home from work to a broken air conditionerWe called Summers and within minutes a technician was at the houseHe was very professional and polite and answered all our questions Within minutes our air was back up and running! Called and made appt to have our boiler system checked, they called the day before appt to remind us they would be outThe day of appt they call and cancel appt saying we're not a priority customerBut would reschedule two day later for a fee!!?? Wife took off work to be their per requirements Warm weather stillI Would be more understanding if winter in full swing and ppl had no furnace working

We just replaced our furnace and air conditioner by Summers. Although it is hard to tell how the new system works on this first day, I have found the company 's service is far far above "great".

On the first day I met two technicians. They are very nice and trustworthy, so I decided to go with what they thought the best for us. Soon we signed a contract in a very pleasant atmosphere, and scheduled for a replacement on the next day.

However, when I called my husband in the morning of the next day, (he is abroad and pretty hard to reach due to a very different time zone), he questioned about it. So I had to call them to see if I can talk with someone, just half hour from our appointment.

They came, answered all my questions, gave different options. Then we signed another contract. Then they went back to change a different device for me. Then they came again to install them. When they finished all the work (they even cleaned up everything and took all the garbage with them), it was already close to 7:30pm.

During the whole process they didn't complain anything about the change. Just as friendly as nothing happened. I felt sorry and grateful... Have not had such a feeling towards a company before.

Although my schedule is really busy recently, I decide to write this detailed review to say Thank You and to recommend a professional company to others.

Received an unsolicited letter from Summers extending an "Early Bird" discount on air conditioning "Precision Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning". Decided to give them a try. Was scheduled during the 10:00 -12:00 time-frame on 15 Jun 2015. Cleared my calendar for the morning/early afternoon. No one showed and no one called to say so. Called Summers to learn they had emergencies to handle and they apologized for not calling. While I understand emergencies come up, I do not understand the failure to ensure all customers impacted are contacted as soon as Summers knew there needed to be reschedules. After I called them, they could not accommodate a morning reschedule time-frame until 1 July. Only after my phone calls and prodding did a manager agree to reschedule another customer in the 16 Jun 8:00 - 10:00 slot and put me in there. Unfortunately, I had to waste a morning and early afternoon for a service that never showed when promised.

We came home from work to a broken air conditioner. We called Summers and within 30 minutes a technician was at the house. He was very professional and polite and answered all our questions. Within 30 minutes our air was back up and running! We were very impressed with Summers and will definitely call in future for any heating or cooling issues. Thanks for the great service!

I have had Summers come out and service my furnace, and air conditioner, and just had someone come out and complete some plumbing work. They are very professional, courteous, and price is reasonable. I always receive a call a half hour before they are scheduled to arrive, which I appreciate. They clean up after they have finished their work. I will continue to call Summers for any future work I need to have done.

I was extremely pleased with the quick & professional service. Everyone was friendly & professional from the person taking my call to Joe, the technician who repaired the A/C unit.

I only wish I had called Summers first. I would use them again for A/C plus I will use them for heating and plumbing next time I need service.
