Review: Bernard H[redacted] Of Computer Business Services Picked Up My Acer Computer Hard Drive From My Home On January **, 2015 Upon Delivering An Adapter For My Toshiba Lap Top That I Had Ordered - Here Today Being August **, 2015, He Still Has Not Returned It. I Have Called Multiple Number Of Times With Hearing Various Excuses - Such As I May Have Put It In Wrong, I'm Going To Have To Send The Part Back, I Had To Go Out Of Town, I'm Having Trouble With My Mortgage, A Family Member 85 Is Sick. I Told Mr. H[redacted], I Have Been More Than Patient - He Has Not Fixed It All This Time - I Want My Hard Drive Back & Have Called Several Times, No Answer, Called His Cell Phone - Not Answering.Got Different Family Members To Call - Sometimes No Answer - Have Went To The Business, Not Opened. It's Clear He's Giving Me The Run Around. I Want It Back, How It Was Given To Him, Nothing Taken From Off It - I Will Never Deal With Him Ever Again - In My Opinion He Is Not What I Call A Professional Person.Desired Settlement: I Want My Computer Hard Drive Back Intact With Everything The Way It Was When He Came & Got It - It Means So Much To Me, Because My Oldest Brother Had Just Purchased It & Did Not Get Chance To Use It Because He Passed Away And My Nephews Gave It To Me - It Has Sentimental Value To Me.
