Your March 13 letter did contain a signed form, though it had not been previously reviewed or authorized by Community Care,Given the sensitive nature of the complaint and the additional protections under state law afforded to mental health treatment/ Community Care declines to respond to the complaint in this public forum, Community Care will note that these concerns have been raised in another/ more appropriate forum/ and Community Care has addressed them there.
