I am rejecting this response because: The Dealer had indicated that if there was anything that was found to be through in by their actions, they would rectify the matterTheir initial belief was that the fault was the result of a bad part or some other problem not connected to their techsHowever, that wasn't the caseThe results were that the engine seized as a result of oil starvationI have also contacted the Toyota Corporate Office, and was told that the case was closed because the Community Relations Manger ( [redacted] ***e) indicated that they were not responsible for what happened because I only requested a visual inspection, and thus they did not check the oil I am doing my best to be cooperative and resolve the matter, by just simply fixing my carI am not sure if businesses are allowed to operate in a very unethical or dishonest manner, and suffer no consequences in the state of NJHowever, it seems that consumers are falling victim and prey to these unfair and unethical practicesClearly there seems to be some dishonesty going on

Because I had to wait for the diagnostic from the dealer that actually has my carInitially we were never able to have a diagnostic, and so I was unable to state what the actual damage wasNonetheless, I also had to wait for the president of Toyota to get back to me, as in the beginning he seemed as though he willing to work with me, and I tried to give him the benefit of the doubtHowever, that doesn't seem to be the case and so I would like to continue with the matterI also thought that someone would be contacting me by phone and not necessarily via email

I am rejecting this response because:i only wrote bad reviews and had to go that way with bad reviews based on he lies they gave meThey all informed me that my mileage would be covered and paid forI gave them my business for several years because they never lied to meThey never harassed my wife or said I was “slow” and had made fun of meWhen they treated me with respect and did not lie to me I respected hem backThe only reason I had to write these reviews is because of the lies and because of them not communicating with meThey continually do this to other people and has been a problem with the dealership several timesIf they just did what hey said they would do then I wouldn’t have had to go those routes against themI want them to live up to their wordThey again several times not only said mileage was going to be paid but then they told me oh yea you got a mile leaseSo again they are lying when they tell you that I knew it was a mile lease, yet again another lieThey consistently lie and again if they did what was fair and said you know what we were wrong and let’s come to an agreement I wouldn’t have to go this wayI want them to admit they said mile lease and told me several times on paper that I had a mile leaseI can supply the paper that shows this written down to me before I was going to lease another vehicleI have it all copied and saved in my phone and can send the proof that they had told me the mileage difference was dollars. I did not want to write the bad reviews but again when someone refuses to contact you and refuses to admit they lied I want other customers to know what they are getting themselves into with this dealershipAgain I got three cars from his dealership, and the only reason I am going this route is for the lies given to me by this dealership

Hello, Dayton Toyota stands behind our original response.The customer signed the retail buyer's order and lease agreement stating the details of the lease as well as the "no verbal commitments were made to me" section of the retail buyer's order.We have thousands of satisfied customers and always try to exceed our customer's expectations.However, in the real world, sometimes when things do not go as planned, we will correct any mistakes. In this case, however, we did nothing wrong and have supporting documentation to back up our position. [redacted] has been in contact with 4 different staff members here and after each interaction ,he has called each one a liar and goes on review sites and to social media outlets to damage our reputation.I've enclosed correspondence from him below.We take reputation management very seriously here (as you can see from online reviews) and find it very difficult to a demand of payment or be threatened with more negative media reviews. from Mr Lukjanczuk-Again so you know I am not kidding this will be your headline post on Monday if you don’t do the right thing. And a letter will be sent to cooperate detailing all this as well. So again are you going to be true to your word? And I also have been in contact with ABC and NBC. They are just simply waiting for me to give them the word and I have already contacted 3 woman groups who will be picketing in your parking lot. Finally the People in charge of the ADA will be told of what you said. So please take what I am saying seriously. Please understand I don’t want to do this but people lying to me is unacceptable. Below is my quote which will be on Facebook on your wall, in Yelp, in google review and also to all local news outlets to which like I said will be running the story. I have been a loyal customer of their for many years until just recently. I had a lease with them and I have been lied to for the entire time. The manager Paul who sold me the last car lied to me and said hey we will work with you and your budget. So he gave me to the sales guy Dan. Well Dan proceeded to make light of my financial situation and refused to help me. Than he made comments saying if I was slow and rded. I said no I just want certain things thank you. So I had to wait for my wife and when she got their it got worse. Dan proceeded to harass my wife and make rude comments and make comments like why do you have to know? Your the woman you don’t make any decisions.  That is how they treat a customer with 7 years of service. Their service is horrible they continually make promises to people they don’t intend to keep. They are bullies and liars and absolute horrible people.   So than I get a call after talking to cooperate and the other manager Ralph says hey Eric so sorry about your experience but we will take care of you and everything, come see me. So I return my lease and Ralph tells me hey I will not charge you any overages for your trouble. So what happens in the mail I get charged over mileage. So again I get lied to and told something. They are absolute disgraceful in regards to customer service and consistently lie. If you don’t have money then you don’t matter to them. I was told by them oh yea it is a 36000 mile lease, nope another lie. They honestly need to be shut down.  They like to [redacted] woman and think people with disabilities don’t deserve to be their.   NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! They need to be shut down or have all managers fired.

After exchanging several messages, today (9/18/15), we spoke with the customer to express our concern about his issue and offer our assistance. This customer has been a customer of ours for several years and is very important to us. We reviewed the vehicle's service history and the multipoint...

inspections from his last visit. The very reliable, Toyota trained technician indicated the oil dipstick was "full." The customer was not charged for this inspection. The customer agreed to have the vehicle diagnosed at the Toyota dealership in [redacted] NY and keep us informed of the outcome. Thank you, Revdex.com for your assistance.

Dayton Toyota has extended a very generous, limited-time offer to this complaint, despite the fact that another business recently serviced this vehicle. If the customer would like to accept the offer, he should respond directly to us by October 5th. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello Revdex.com, [redacted] leased a 2015 Toyota Corolla from us on 12/20/14.the lease matured on 12/20/17.His signed buyer's order(attached) and lease agreement are clearly marked allowing 10,000 miles per yr. He has been to the dealership on 3 different occasions accusing dealership staff...

of lying to him and he has been abusive to our staff.He has threatened to go "social"on the dealership if we did not pay his excess mileage charges on his lease .Everytime he interacted with the dealership and interacted with a dealership staff member, he would post negative reviews about the person saying "they said they would pay the mileage charges. and we reneged and we are liars. The only time a dealership staff member said that we would take care of his excess mileage charges was if he purchased/leased a new vehicle from us.He decided to buy another make car and he is still trying and lying to say that Dayton Toyota would pay his mileage charges.At this point, we can not communicate with him because when we do, he slanders us in a bad review and names Dayton Toyota employees.I can provide proof of his demands and threats if necessary
