both being on the left side of the auto. When another individual brought the auto here on 2/27/2017 they stated that they needed to replace a "bad tire" that was located on the front right side, however our tire techs found that the bad tire was on the right rear. The front right tire was fine but the rear was separated and had steel cords hanging from them which was shown to person that brought auto in. It was discussed to have it replaced, so our techs did replace the rear right side. Later that day [redacted] called complaining that we replaced the wrong tire and that we took one of his new tires off from the left side instead. This was completely incorrect and the left side "new tires" were never touched. When [redacted] started making threats and began making derogatory comments on social media we had his auto license plate run for locating purposes, only to find that it is registered to a deceased individual in South Dakota. We do in fact make things right when we feel that they are justified, but in this case he had no proof of any more tires purchased here to back his claim of 3 purchased tires, nor did he return of my calls or comments when prompted.
