I am a student at [redacted] and want to renew my health insurance coverage. My current plan expires on 8/15/14 and the school website directed me to CCSI. After filling out the online information on 8/3/14, I was told that a representative would be contacting me. After waiting a couple of days I filled out the information again and left a voice mail. I left at least one more voice mail and and filled out the online information again. I was not contacted until 8/9/14 by [redacted] (owner) and was told to fill out the application he would email me. He asked me a few financial questions and told me that my premium would be in the $250-$320 range. He would then contact me on 8/11/14 once he had my application. I emailed the application on 8/10/14 and received no response. On 8/12/14 I emailed [redacted] and asked what was going on. He emailed me back saying I would be contacted soon. I received a call from [redacted] on 8/13/14 and she advised me that she would need about an hour of my time. We scheduled to speak today. When I spoke to [redacted] she told me that I should just go onto the [redacted] website and get the insurance there. From my understanding it is cheaper to get the insurance through my school. The prices that [redacted] quoted me were much cheaper than what I can get on the [redacted] website. Since this company has dragged their feet for almost two weeks I am going to be without insurance as of midnight.Desired SettlementI want get the insurance that I am eligible for being that I am a college student and that is being advertised.
