[redacted] spoke with the appraiser listed on your estimate and told him your bumper was not repairable and that it would have to be replaced.? The appraiser agreed and did a supplement for the replacement; however, he forgot to remove the base coat reduction on the paint time which caused supplement 3.? IANET the company handling the claim for the insurance company did approve both supplements [redacted] called the insurance company multiple times just as your wife did but they would not respond to anyone but your wife.? He did deal with the appraiser, IANET, and your wife on the repairs to the vehicle.? He did let your wife know the bumper could not be repaired and that it would have to be replaced.? Your insurance company called the insurance handling your claim and they were told they would only deal with your wife on this claimIANET cannot make the insurance company pay they can only approve the repairs which they did [redacted] ’s wife of years is Cherokee and his lead technician is Coushatta and your ethnic heritage does not play any part in his decision to require a money order from you.? Your screaming, anger and threats are the reason that cash or a money order was required.?

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] did not get preauthorization for overcharges and went over original estimates givenHe did not give me or the insurance a phone call or ask for permission to go over the original estimates However when I put my car in his shop for repairs he promised he would take care of everything including dealing the insurance Anthony did not do anything he promised to do and caused several problems [redacted] also left me a very threatening voicemail which I have saved [redacted] got very angry when I questioned him on why he did not do anything he promised to do when handing the insurance and overcharges He called my phone and left a very nasty, rude voicemail which stated since I pissed him off he is only going to take a money order from me as payment only and refused to release my car He stated I could not pay him with cash , credit card or check to get my car out of his shop This is not only fraudulent but pure retaliation on his part I believe [redacted] the owner of community collision center knowns that I am half native american and is only asking me to pay with a money order because of my heritage and as he stated in the voicemail he left me I pissed him off Regards,

did not con *** *** into leaving his car here for repairsIt is standard operating procedure that all insurance companies will not do a supplement until the vehicle is dropped off at the shop so that the vehicle can be torn down*** *** and *** at Community Collision Center spent weeks trying to get the insurance company to send the supplementThe insurance company never returned any call to Community Collision CenterThe insurance company finally sent the supplement to *** *** and she forwarded it to *** at Community Collision CenterThe supplement was incorrect and another supplement was requested for the $119.00.procedure is that you do not start repairs until the supplement is approvedThis procedure is followed because not all supplements are approvedBecause *** *** has had his car repaired here before we repaired his vehicle while waiting for the supplement *** *** refused to wait for the 2nd supplement to go through which is understandable since as of today they still have not done the supplement.*** *** called his insurance company to file a complaint against us so they called the high risk insurance company to find out what was going onAfter spending the afternoon trying to deal with this insurance company his insurance told him that we were following procedure to get his car repaired correctly and get paid the correct amountThey told him that they had only spent one afternoon trying to deal with the other insurance company and they were ready to pull their hair out and that we were doing the best possible and refused to file a complaint against us.*** *** was never lied toHe knew how frustrating it was to deal with this insurance company. *** *** did not tell us that the insurance company said they would never deal with the body shop on the repair; however they would only deal with him or his wife.*** *** did receive his car the day the 1st supplement check was received*** *** did pay for the 2nd supplement, however he will receive his money back when the insurance company completes the 2nd supplement and we receive the checkWe are not trying to steal anything, we only demand payment for the work we did.*** *** was not conned, he knew up front that how frustrating it was to deal with this insurance companyWe have filed a complaint with the appraisal company because the 2nd supplement has notbeen completed

I am total not satisfied and I will be seeking advice from legal counsel regarding this matterIt is ready sad when the owner of the business *** *** calls my phone and leaves a threatening messageI will not be verbally abused, harassed, intimidated or racially discriminated against
