This complaint is completely without meritThe Guest stayed for days and never notified the frontdesk (which is open for hours) of any problems.• There was a bird nest nearby, but the bird had babies and we did not disturb the nest.• After we received email request for refund we checked the room and found nothing to meritrequested refund.• The refrigerator was in good working order and ice was available in the office hours.• The AC was and is in good working orderThe wood he refers to was a frame for AC, not asupport and the "tin foil" was part of the insulation around the AC.• Our linens are supplied by a reputable linen company and have no cigarette burns or holes ofany kind.• The linens for the second floor are stored in a locked cabinet and are not accessible tononemployees.In summary, we dispute ALL the complaints and will not refund GuestWe only heard of Guestcomplaints after checkout via email where he stated: "I don't believe in posting publicly on *** or ***Review sites as I believe in giving companies a chance to rectify the situation before publicly handling things WhichI'm hoping you'll do"However, the Guest failed communicating with hotel staff during his stay and the question remains:why in plus hours he never reported any of the alleged problems, not even at check out.We strive to make sure that our Guests have a comfortable stay and pleasant experience in [redacted] Springs, however we are unable to honor this refund request for the above reasons.Regards,Kevin [redacted] Community Court

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have photo proof of everything that I mentioned in my original complaint to which he's suggesting isn't an issue or not true.First and foremost, I did mention the issue of the nest and the refrigerator, a matter of fact I asked the gentleman checking everyone in about it after I originally went to our room, he was assisting other guests and I never received a follow upI also called down again and was put on hold one time for over minutes and tried one final time before giving upWe were at a concert both nights from 4pm until after 10pm and it comes a point where the motel staff should have followed up, called me back or left a note at the desk for us, and they didn't.In regards to the Birds Nest, the fact it had animals in it bares no weight on the fact it was unclean and DIRECTLY ABOVE OUR DOORThey should have had it professionally removed if they were afraid of hurting the birds inside, but to use that as an excuse for not removing a feces covered birds nest inches above my head as I'm entering and exiting the room is unacceptable.I followed up via email and phone after our stay to speak directly to the who was identified as the proprietor of the motel, not only was he rude on the phone but proceed to tell me I was wrong about everything, of which I readily sent photo proof.The refrigerator was not working, the front desk woman even knew, which the Owner also said to me on the phone.The sheets were covered in holes of some kind (See photos) and the sheets the are referring to "stored in a locked storage shelf" is also untrue as it was right outside our door (a few feet from the feces covered nest) I have photos of booth and did not have a lock of any kindLastly if they work with a reputable vendor for linens, they or the staff who change sheets would have seen the holes and removed, them which leads me to be concerned of how often they look/change the linens.The AC did work but using Tin Foil to block the gaps was both cheap looking and did not workWe were sold on this motel being quant, clean and representing the history of Downtown [redacted] , this was FAR from the case.In the end, (past the abhorrent disregard for cleanliness and details to a proper customer experience) the owner took no responsibility and was very rude, and this was after I kindly asked him to work with me to resolve this so that it didn't need to go to the Revdex.com or any other outlet for third party resolutionI am attaching all the images again for reference.Regards, [redacted]
