to finish the denture process, Ms. [redacted] was informed that it would be better for her to find a dentist in her home town and we would be willing to help her with that. Ms. [redacted] informed Dr. M[redacted] that she had already found a dentist in Gallup. On September 6, 2016, Dr. M[redacted] called Ms. [redacted] to determine which dentist she would like us to send her unfinished denture case to. She provided that information. She was informed that we would send her unfinished/unprocessed dentures to the doctor of her choice. The unfinished/unprocessed dentures were mailed to her doctor in Gallup on September 12, 2016. Ms. [redacted] was informed that she will be receiving a refund of $1,277.00 which is her denture cost minus the initial lab fee. Patient understood. The refund is in process and will be sent to her as soon as possible.
(Message received....They informed me over 7 weeks ago I would receive this refund and they were informed that my ride had moved away and I was unable to finish travels to ABQ. I did inform Community Dental that my un-finished dentures arrived at [redacted] broken. An entire new set was made and paid for in full...Still waiting on refund...Thank you Revdex.com for your help......[redacted])
