[redacted] and Revdex.com,This Letter is to properly inform you of the extent of infringement and malice of my competitor Community Gold Buyers located in the Pittsburgh Mills Mall in Tarentum PA.Community Gold Buyers Placed a side ad that said [redacted] price quote but when you clicked on the ad it went to their website CommunityGoldBuyers.com. I reported them to google and the ad was removed.The next week they placed another google ad that said [redacted]-trust Community Gold Buyers-community gold buyers.com. This ad came up first in a google search. I reported them to google and the ad was again removed only to reappear the next day enclosed a copy of the Google Complaint. I then contacted them by phone and was told that someone would get back to me and they never did. I then wrote them a letter that I have enclosed a copy of directly to them with no response. They continued to repost the [redacted]-trust Community Gold Buyers- community gold buyers.com. ad and just as soon as google would remove it they would put it back on. This happened several times before I was forced to Contact an attorney to prevent them from deliberate infringement on my business [redacted] there is also a copy of the letter by my attorney enclosed. They did this purposely trying to get my customers to come to them by purposely misleading them. There is no other reason for them to ever use the word [redacted].Businesses who practice deceit and trickery towards the public should be punished and the public should be informed of their Character and Conduct.Thank you for filing this claim against Community Gold Buyers[redacted]

We would like this business owner to know that we do not use her, or other competitors names in our ad content. We ourselves did multiple searches on Google and not once saw our ad appear with the business information of "[redacted]". All of our ad's are reviewed by Google to adhere to their...

advertising policy before they are allowed to be published on the internet. This business owner contacted our store on Friday March 31st at 11:58AM. She did not ask to speak to the person in charge of advertising. My employee explained to her that she would need to discuss that matter with myself, Jeremy G[redacted]. She ignored the employee's advice and continued to explain to the employee the issue, while also threatening to get the Sheriff involved. There was never a cease and desist in writing handed, or e-mailed to us. This business owner made no effort to contact myself prior to filing a complaint to discuss the issue she appears to of seen. If she did contact Google they have not contacted us stating there was any issues with our ad, and Google themselves would of explained to her how keyword searches work.
