State and federal laws governing an individual’s privacy related to medical care prevent us from commenting specifically or referencing protected health information regarding an individual without an approved authorization form on file. Accordingly, we will not be able to respond regarding this individual’s clinical experience or any treatment rendered.
We can state that CHN has and maintains a standard of responding to any requests regarding prescription refills within 24 to 48 hours. The issue at hand does include other parties that may have contributed to the dissatisfaction of the customer, but CHN takes every opportunity to reaffirm that we have done our part to provide excellent service to our patients.

Unfortunately, there are many state and federal laws governing an individual’s privacy related to medical care that prevent us from commenting specifically or referencing protected health information regarding an individual without an approved authorization form on file. Accordingly, we will not be able to respond regarding this individual’s clinical experience or any treatment rendered.
We can, however, speak to the allegations that relate to general clinical operation.
All clinics within the CHN system request a 24 to 48 hour notice for prescription refills. This is posted at each clinic site and patients are reminded when necessary. This is an industry standard. Most prescriptions are filled within 24 hours.
Our clinics meet the Joint Commission standards for Infection Control and Environmental Safety and are subject to inspection.
CHN prides itself in providing excellent, personalized care. Unfortunately, there are occasions when any organization does not meet the expectations of their customer. We value this feedback and use it to improve our patients experience as a whole.
