As much as I would accept a gesture to make up on a purchaseUnfortunately, I can'tI needed a car that day, no later than the nextI didn't own a car at the time and I drove to Community Honda in my work truck (I am a semi truck driver) to purchase a Honda Accord Coupe or Sedan SportAfter talking with the salesman I thought, I could carefully think about my wants and needs come back the next day and make a purchaseWell, I was blindsided with illegal practices and disrespectI didn't understand why and I still don'tI am always polite and treat people, as I would like to be treatedBut after Sue Jimenez told me,"legally she didn't have to give me a copy of what I signed." Nor could she give me any thing with validity, so I could look it up and find out for myself
That started the day of me loosing faith in how we are, as peopleHere I am, a first time buyer letting them know up front, I'm putting $10,down, and I get treated like thisWas it my dress code? Could it be, I don't live around there? Did she just have a bad day? I don't knowAll I know is, I had a vey bad experience at Community HondaA place someone told me,"Hey, if you're getting a Honda you wanna go there."
So, now after all that, I still desperately need a carI then, go to Honda on Grand in Elmhurst IL with this experience on my mindI had to make a decision, at the last minute, at a different dealership with a different selection of cars, colors, options and salespersonWorried, as a first time buyer about the trust, I nervously bought a certified used Accord CoupeDo I like it? YesAm I satisfied? No
Can Community Honda fix that?
So, I say thisIf people could understand its more to life than, making a sale, out performing each other, mistreating another, not liking someone because, they are different than youIt would be a better place
