I've had Pinnacle Security system for over years nowVery professional and excellent service from this companyThe owner of the company has a great personality and communicates the technology clearly so it's easily understood We researched several other companies before we moved to our new home and none of them compared to the great deal Pinnacle offered usOur security system was replaced and upgraded for reasonable expense and less than what other systems are advertised forIf a maintenance issue pops up, which we had recently Pinnacle was right on it Feeling safe in our home is top priority for us and in today's environment of frequent thefts and home intrusions we wouldn't be without a security system
This is a followup review The personal property was returned(Probably an accident in the first place) In Mike's follow up review he reported "2-quarter size" spotsThere were many more and much larger than that as I have the pictures, regardless, all were repairedThe best attempt was made to repair the front pour rain damage Mike did stamp and color the back pour at no extra charge to me By his own admission Mike did not communicate well with me during the initial pour however he did communicate very well afterwords Mike completed all repairs and sealed the back pour and it looks fantastic! The only negative is the paint damage done to the exterior of my home when cleaning up the pour however Mike has not charged me to seal the concrete so I feel that this makes up for the damage/Repair At the end of the day the job has turned out beautiful, Mike has followed up flawlessly and I commend him for doing so and being professional
Paradise Concrete did a fantastic job with my driveway and walkwayMichael [redacted] was very professional and communicated well with me throughout the entire job, from estimate to completionI am very happy with the results and pleased with the value of the work
I love my stamped, colored patio and steps and walk The people were wonderful, the workmanship was wonderful, the price was lower than the other bidders, and the results are outstanding I'm bringing them back next year for my driveway
This complaint is regarding a security company that I thought was monitoring my home and my daughters home for the last 1/years We've never needed their services however knowing you have a company who is monitoring your safety gives you peace of mind, that is until the alarm goes off at o'clock in the morning on a Friday morning and you don't hear from them
After contacting them later that morning they couldn't even speak about the correct address and I needed to wait until Monday even though this is supposedly a hour monitoring systemI'm sure if a bank with an alarm system that quit would not be told to wait until MondayI think a business is not as important as a human life and safetyI was able to hear from them about how they were going to play golf on the weekend and get his car fixed on Monday after not hearing from them we again followed up and was treated very rudely
After calling the president of the company, I was told I needed to purchase a new alarm

I decided to hire this company due to the fact that they have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com and also they were one of the few companies that I called that actually answered their phone when I calledI Talked with the owner Mike and we made an appointment for him to come out to my property and take a look at what I wanted done He showed up on Thursday June 14th and told him that I wanted all the landscape rock dug up and removed and would like them to pour concrete to extend the driveway and also a walkway leading to my back patioIn addition, I wanted it to be level with my patio and slope down and curve around He sounded like he understood exactly what I wanted and calculated the total cost of the project, and even gave me a 10% discount for being militaryThe total amount due he had told me was $ He had told me that he could even start the work the very next morning I told him I would talk it over with my wife and get back to him I called him back later that day and told
