unfortunately, HOA doesn't want to admit their mistakesThey mentioned in their response that they send Danny in an effort to repair the damage and that they have a picture to support their claim, but their picture prove the opposite because it is clear that they sent Danny to another house They also mentioned that our account is seriously in arrears, but they forgot that this is no longer an issue, because we have an agreement with the lawyer after they fail to keep the old agreement with us, because they don't have the authorization to make oneThe HOA had sent somebody to fix the sky light area, but the kitchen and bathroom damage still need to be fixed because like I said in my last post whenever it rained, the bathroom is filled with waterAnd the water leaked to the kitchen's roof

The Board of Directors attempted in good faith to reach out to this owner, but the phone number and email address are no longer valid The association has the invoice to demonstrate the work was done Why does he complain to the Revdex.com when he can speak with the homeowner association representative? The complainant needs to contact the association manager, Debora K***, at ###-###-#### so a meeting can be arranged. The complainant has not met the terms of the agreement to pay homeowner assessments as was agreed when he purchased his residence

This is our second response.Thank you for your recent inquiry from Mr. [redacted] First let me be clear about the error in the entity to which this complaint was directed.  Mr. [redacted] is an owner at Villas Northern II & III (Villas Northern) and is a member of that homeowners...

association.  Community Management is the managing agent of the homeowners association.  Therefore, we are responding on behalf of the homeowners association. Many of the representations in Mr. [redacted]’s complaint are incorrect.  The association has been attempting to make a repair. This is from the manager of the homeowners association:I have read the complaint and there has been 2 work orders sent to Arizona Watertite, a licensed roofer, 1st one on 7/23/14 and then 4/21/16. The contractor made several attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] and he never responded.  Just got off the phone with Danny and since Danny could not contact him by phone he drove over to the property put a note on the door for them to contact him so he could find out where they were having an issue. Per Danny there was no response from the owner. Danny has a picture he will be forwarding to me of the note on the door with a date and time stamp Further, Villas Northern is a non-profit organization that relies on the payment of monthly dues or assessments to fund repairs and pay for water and maintenance of the grounds of the community.  Mr. [redacted] fails to mention that his account is seriously in arrears.

This company is the designated property management company for the HOA in which I live and work. The Property Manager rarely comes to the property..I would say "never" nut she may gave come there once....no residents I know have ever seen her there. She does not return phone calls or emails to some residents. In spite of 3 email applications I sent to her for an architectural approval, she never responded once. The positive for me was that I just installed the windows I wanted without any approval after the 30 day mandated waiting period expired without an HOA respobse. The negative is that she didn't respond to others....who installed "barn doors" on their garages, paste on window frames instead of new windows, etc. etc. The latest is that she exploited the AZ Statute regarding provision of HOA documents to a Buyer in our subdivision...She charged a $150 RUSH fee to expedite the buyers re sing the HOA CCRS etc. and then took 9 day to have them delivered to the Buyers. The law requires the to be provided within 10 days. So the buyer was charged $150 to receive them 1 day sooner than mandated by law. This company has no ethics. Try calling there on a Monday...I did, and no one answered on every single phpne extension listed, including the man who owns the company. No one answered mid m I rning on a Monday..working day.
