We have been in constant communication with the vendor that is making the part to fix this problem He kept telling us that the part would be fabricated last week Friday, September he said it wasn't ready I know this is very frustrating on ***'s part but we are doing the
best we can Due to the many calls and emails from ***, the tenant, we decided to communicate with the owner of the unitWe have been communicating with the owner and apparently the owner has not been communicating with ***, the tenant To date, we have called the contractor this morning for an update

Mr*** requested that the two Choke Cherries by his back patio be pruned I apologize if our staff did not get back to him quickly That is usually not our way of handling problems The manager and the assistant went out and looked at the trees and sent a work order to the
landscape companyThey went and looked at the trees and said they were too big for their scope of work Bids are being acquired from tree trimming companies and the bids should be in today or tomorrowAfter the bids are in our office, they will be presented to the board for approval and then the work will be scheduledOur office will contact Mr*** when we know the date of the pruning I do apologize to Mr*** for his frustration and inconvenience

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is still pending They still have not trimmed the trees and until THAT IS COMPLETED my complaint still stands
They have taken bids and I am still waiting for the company to trim the treesWhen the trees have been trimmed I will be satisfied this Mgmt Cohas done what is requiredRequesting my reply before the completion of this job seems unfairAt this point all this company has done is requested a bid and completion is still undone
Sincerely,
*** ***l

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:My landlord and I received a run-around from CMS for going on three months. Though the water damage was no one's fault, I feel that CMS mismanaged the issue. It took weeks for CMS to allow a repairman to come to my unit, and he came, diagnosed the issue in minutes, and had the parts in the truck, but no one from CMS could be reached by phone or in person to authorize the repair. Days went on, and ultimately another repairman from another company came and fixed the issue. The diagnosis was not a difficult one from what I understand.Again, I was told that this electricity issue in the main breaker was unrelated to the water damage. The main breaker is in the garage, not in the path of the water destruction...and apparently other units are not affected? Per their response, CMS refuses to acknowledge that they have left me without functionality of the oven, stove, washer, dryer, and 50% of my outlets, in addition to the lack of air conditioning. They never informed my landlord or me of the duration of the repair, and that the part would be removed for fixing elsewhere, for literally business days. Perhaps we can review the reports from the repairmen? Thus, their lack of transparency seems to be to be utterly deceitful, and their lack of empathy toward the situation appalling. If I were fully informed of the extent of this repair situation ahead of time I would be inconvenienced, but not irate. It disturbs me that CMS feels it is OK to treat people in this manner.
Sincerely,
*** ***

[redacted] has been talking to the contractor [redacted] and they are picking up her screens today and will have them re-screened by Friday.

I apologize if you feel that [redacted] appeared rude on the phone.  We make every effort to accommodate all the people that live in the communities we manage.  I have spoken to [redacted] regarding this issue and we will be working with him to teach him better communication skills.  It is...

difficult in our business and sometimes time constraints and stress of the job can come across as rude or rushed.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:     I did receive my screens back, however the frame is cracked
Sincerely,
[redacted]

There was a water leak from a pipe that burst in the attic of the building causing water damage to all three levels below and one was the unit she moved into.  During the water loss her unit was unoccupied.  There was an electrical check done in her unit at that time and there were no...

problems according to the contractor.  After she moved in she said her air conditioner didn't work and the Board felt, per the declarations, that it was a homeowner issue.  Because the unit was vacant for a whole month after the water damage, the Board didn't know there was a problem.  This was not an easy fix because there needed to be a lot of trouble shooting.  CMS was told by the Board to send out contractors, electricians to fix the problem and they thought they had and then it happened again.  CMS communicated only what they were told by the contractors.  Finally, in August 4, it was determined by the contractor that it was building defect. The electrician had to take a corroded piece and have it fabricated because it is no longer made.  He went out on the August 29 to take the piece to fabricate and it will be completed and installed the week of September 25.  I know this has been very frustrating but there are many moving pieces that have to work together.  We apologize for her frustration.

Initial Business Response /[redacted]/
An order was placed for [redacted] Fragrance Squares from SANIAIRquaity for Pier Pointe Village 6, an association that Community Management manages. When CMS received the billing, there was no address as to where to send the payment. After several...

tries to contact [redacted], we finally got an address. The Board of Directors of Pier Pointe Village 6 homeowners association signed the check [redacted] and it was mailed out on [redacted] 17, 2015. The check was mailed to [redacted] McGlaughlinm 1430 San Jose Drive, [redacted] FL XXXXX. To date, the check has not cleared.

The screen has been repaired.  There was a large project on this property and the repairs were completed after the project was completed which was this spring.  We had been communicating with the homeowners regarding the repairs and they were aware that the repairs would not be made until...

after the project was completed.
