The screen has been repaired There was a large project on this property and the repairs were completed after the project was completed which was this spring We had been communicating with the homeowners regarding the repairs and they were aware that the repairs would not be made until after the project was completed

I apologize if you feel that [redacted] appeared rude on the phone We make every effort to accommodate all the people that live in the communities we manage I have spoken to [redacted] regarding this issue and we will be working with him to teach him better communication skills It is difficult in our business and sometimes time constraints and stress of the job can come across as rude or rushed

There was a water leak from a pipe that burst in the attic of the building causing water damage to all three levels below and one was the unit she moved into During the water loss her unit was unoccupied There was an electrical check done in her unit at that time and there were no problems according to the contractor After she moved in she said her air conditioner didn't work and the Board felt, per the declarations, that it was a homeowner issue Because the unit was vacant for a whole month after the water damage, the Board didn't know there was a problem This was not an easy fix because there needed to be a lot of trouble shooting CMS was told by the Board to send out contractors, electricians to fix the problem and they thought they had and then it happened again CMS communicated only what they were told by the contractors Finally, in August 4, it was determined by the contractor that it was building defectThe electrician had to take a corroded piece and have it fabricated because it is no longer made He went out on the August to take the piece to fabricate and it will be completed and installed the week of September I know this has been very frustrating but there are many moving pieces that have to work together We apologize for her frustration

[redacted] has been talking to the contractor [redacted] and they are picking up her screens today and will have them re-screened by Friday
