property.  The inspection was completed, and the appraiser found that this property has all the attributes of a manufactured home. A steel beam under carriage, a 4/12 pitch roof and panelized walls.  The property was delivered in two sections. Please note that a copy of the Manufacturers Data Plate was included in the appraisal report.Our office was contacted, and we were asked to change our appraisal to reflect the property as a modular home, rather than a manufactured home. The appraiser has over 35 years experience in appraising and upon further review, we found no reason to change the report. [redacted], with [redacted] contacted the appraiser. She did not verify either way, but did state that there was no HUD tag.The appraiser is the "eyes and ears" of the bank. We report our findings to them and whether or not financing is obtained, is the bank's decision. The property appraised well above the purchase price.We are sorry that the complaintant was unable to obtain her loan, but we stand by our appraisal.  We will refund her the $400.00 for the cost of the appraisal.Regards,Robert K.
