short of that goal. The insurance carrier placed a $25 copay on the visit because our patient saw a non-primary care provider at an urgent care facility. CMC cannot control how the visit is processed but we do regret the outcome. We will reimburse our patient as a courtesy because it is important to us that she receive satisfaction.
