Worst ER Experience I've ever Had. Went there not by choice with chest pain and severe Dizziness. To Make a long story short. The Staff I Dealt With Was Rude lacking Just Basic Common Courtesy. Its An Enviroment That Felt Cold Not Having Even the Smallest Amount Of Any Compassion! IN The 5 hours I was There. I was given an EKG. Sent out to waiting room. Called back again for X-ray. Sent Back to waiting room. Called again Then put in a Room. A Very Nice Male CNA then came in gave me warm blankets and gown got me settled in. Then a very Nice Nurse entered put an IV and Drew some blood. Never saw her again. A Doctor came in asked me a Few Questions told me he would run many tests on my heart.What kind of insurance I had He asked walking out the door. Never saw him again either. Hour 2 I was moved to another room cause they needed that one. From that point On Only Saw The Stuck up Nurse that came in about 15 mins after I buzzed the front Desk cause machine was beeping. I then asked her what I was waiting on she then answered I was waiting on nothing but them to Discharge me. Hour 5 When they Needed the Room, A Different Nurse then came in to Discharge me handing me some papers She didnt bother to go over with me, Worst of All I Wasnt Given Any Info whatso ever by Doctor or Her or anyone for that matter, Regarding any of the Tests That were Done to address what I was There For. In All Fairness I Must Say I Was briefed On the Question I asked her about my Heart! At that point Having No Faith in That Place And Just Feeling Get Me Out of Here. I Was Then Kindly Assured by CNA As I was Exiting The Room That They werent trying to RUSH Me But They Needed the room. Nicest of All was her Telling me to make a left was the way out while gesturing with her arms to front desk what was indicated to me as move it! Give Me A Break! The Only Difference About Leaving That Place Feeling Exactly The Same As I Did Going In. Is The Bill Im About to Recieve For This Rude Behavior at the same time being the Only Thing that I Received Out of this Visit! That Im Expected to Pay for Such Service Greatly Adds Insult to Injury.

CHM Clinic is now being dishonest. My 16 daughter does not carry around her insurance card, the card was on file at the time of her visit in their office, but she did not hand them a card. To my understanding she...

completed a form by her self to receive a green card. Once again, my daughter never handed them an insurance card. I hold on the insurances cards, as, I am the one who takes my kids to their doctor visits. I accept that the other bills will not be-removed from the collection agency hands. However, I ask that CMH billing department follows up with the collection agency and makes sure this time that the bill has been deleted. CMH Clinic should also take some responsibility for how I was treated by their collection agency. Tell them to listen to the recordings, and see how their collection agency is a dishonest to people who call and ask for help. I demand that CMH billing continues to follow up with their agency and make sure it was done correct this time around. I believe their lying about the fact that one or two of the creditors didn't receive the request. I believe the collection agency didn't send it to them.  At the end of the day, I am customer who was treated unfairly, by collection volture's. [redacted] thought he would get on the phone and lie to me, and when I didn't fall for his lies, he went off on me, and hung up on me. I also ask for a letter stating the collection has been deleted. I asked the collection agency for this letter at the time of our call, and they refuse to send me anything. I ask for a letter to be mailed or emailed to me ASAP. Review: Back in 2010 my 16 year old daughter went to CMH clinic in Camarillo alone to get her self on birth control (this is legal) She went in there to get a green card, that allows young girls to get birth control for free and privately. CMH Clinic put her visit on our family insurance. I never knew about this until a couple years later I noticed the bill on my credit as bad debt. I contacted the collection who then gave me the account number to investigate. I contact the billing department at CMH and explained what happened. When they realized what they had done, they immediately contacted the collection agency to have that debt deleted off my credit this was in September 2013. I just recently ran my credit again and seen the debt still there. I contacted the collection agency, they said the debt didn't come off because I owed two other bills for my son. I argued that two had nothing to do with each-other. I contacted CMH billing, whom once again contacted collection agency to have the debt deleted immediately. CMH clinic violated my daughters privacy by not properly billing. Now I am stuck with a collection agency who keeps hanging up on me, and will not help. They are using this to try and collect on the other bills. I know the collection agency didn't delete the debt intentionally, so that I will pay the other two. I also want to file a complaint on the collection in Ventura Ca that CMH billing uses, once I find out what their name. The general manager Robert Reynolds at this collection agency was lying to me about why the debt hadn't been deleted, when I told him he was lying, he hung on me and told me never to call there again. My credit is in this guys hands, for a mistake that CMH did. Please help.Desired Settlement: The collection agency has been told twice to remove that debt off all of the bureau's. The debt is still showing on Experian, and Equifax. I also request that CMH Billing department retrieves my other two bills owed that are now in the hands of this dis-honest collection agency back, and I will work with CMH Billing department directly to pay those two bills. I do not trust this collection agency, their very deceitful, and dis-honest. I don't feel safe that my credit is in their hands.
