I am rejecting this response because:Everything they SAY they do did NOT happenShe was NOT checked regularly, she was NOT offered food in the morning she was simply told, "you missed breakfast"As I said before she was LIED to when told they'd give her a private room for her first night, they gave her an annoying, noisy room mate instead and SLEEP is VERY important in this type of ordealHow are you supposed to sleep when NO ONE is encouraged to keep the noise down in the halls? Constant LOUD talking and laughing in the hall was all she heard through her CLOSED doorI've talked with a few people in the rehab field about Valley Recovery, they all said the same thing, "HELL HOLE"I wish my complaint to go towards lowering their rating to you and avalable for anyone to read looking into going there, thank you*** ***

monitoring, our staff check in with the client’s on a regular basis. While we do our best to ensure every client’s comfort, a certain amount of interruption and movement to and from their rooms is part of the needed and required supervision process. We do have food (including oatmeal, fruit, and sandwiches) available 24/7 and have reviewed with our staff to offer food to detoxing clients who are not feeling well enough to join the other clients at meal time. Clients may be frightened and overwhelmed, and sometimes no matter how much we strive to provide the care and comfort they need, they sometimes make the unfortunate decision to leave treatment. We strive to work in cooperation with family members to counter their objections to treatment, such as establishing strategies should the client reach out to family members to be picked up and removed from treatment. But no matter their condition, if they say they want to leave, we must allow them to do so and hope that they will find the courage and strength to return and make the commitment to change their lives for the better.
