If I could give this company a zero I would Their reputation at banks are awful I was warned by my mortgage officer about this company You will never get an immediate response The lawn looks like a blind person cut your grass and that's if your grass gets cut When the lawn company shows up, you will have to make sure they even put mulch down They will skip your yard and you'll be told that you have to wait till the next time they put mulch down They called themselves painting everyone's door onetime, they left a huge mess, paint runs going down the door I was told by the manager that he could give me the name of the color and I could re-paint it myself They gave us notices that we were going to have a company come out and power wash the homes Well it started raining that day and they never returned and only one section and only the front of the house was washed My house and along with others have mildew on them now Before buying a house that they manage just walk the neighborhood and you'll be warnedNeedless to say, they do not and will not fix anything

I live in a town home community and Community Partners is in charge of the Homeowners They suck!
They do the bare minimum to get by There is flooding in many backyards, the companies they use are jerks and do hardly anything The people who cut our grass are the worst It always looks like the grass needs to be cut after it is cut They "fixed" my fence when it fell and left dirt in my yard and did not stain it to look like the rest of the fence in my yard The roofing jobs aren't that great and they path over what needs to be fixed, The bushes and trees look awful and are never worked onI am now going to pay $*** a month for nothing No pool, cheap garbage company that won't take big items and we pay everything else

This is the worse HOA, that I've ever dealt with. I bought my home in 2011 and from then on it has been one issue after the next. When I moved in I noticed the outside window frame was rotting, I called them for them to tell me they wouldn't do anything about it. They were in the process of putting siding on the house. They paid someone to come put siding on, their company covered up the dryer vent on the outside. Causing me to purchase another dryer. Couple years later the wood work on the outside had never been taking care of, still rotten, caused a foundation issues also causing water to start coming into my home. Never did this company take care of anything. The one thing they do take care of is yard, and they can't do that correctly either bc one of the weed wakers hits a rock and shatters my front door. With this case, I didn't even bother to call bc I already knew the answer. I can't wait to sell my home and get as far away from this company!
