refund yetI am quite upset. Even if they misplaced the paperwork I sent, they have all the information in their payment systemI paid them via credit card on 6/**, and they sent me notice of my insurance company's payment to themIt seem odd to me I would have to verify their records.I have been contacted by email and phoneAnd I responded with email and the fax they asked me to send, have the fax confirmation from *** but they did not resolve my issue yetAttached are all the files I sent to them, plus my insurance payment claim notice direct from Oscar insurance.I attached higher resolution files so they are easy to read.I have cc'd both emails I have for them hereHopefully we will get a responce and I will get a refund soon.
