<[email protected]>Company response to case # [redacted]: The Chief Lending Officer has had conversation with Ms. [redacted] and after research of the situation found that the online loan application was completed by Ms. [redacted].  Although she did not submit the application, it did come through to us as a completed application due to the system prefilling her personal information as stored in our data processing system.  The personal information prefilled into the application because she is a current member and information already on file filtered to the application.  Ms. [redacted] was informed that one credit inquiry would not have caused a drop in score, therefore she is going to research that further with the credit reporting agency.  Ms. [redacted] requested that we move forward with the loan and informed us that she was going to report the complaint as resolved to the Revdex.com. Please let me know if you have questions or need additional information. Sincerely,Heidi M[redacted]
