Review: [redacted] from community students came to our clinic in July 2015 and asked if we wanted to advertise in their [redacted] High School fall sports flyer. He said over 700 calendars are distributed to the students, displayed throughout the school, and we would receive a copy to display in our lobby. I wrote him a check for $349.00 on 7/1415. I called [redacted]t on 9/30/15 because we had not received the flyer. [redacted] said the flyers were not out yet. On 11/03/15 I still hadn't received the flyer, I called and left a msg with [redacted]. [redacted] never returned my call. On 11/08/15 I called again and told [redacted] I still haven't received the flyer. [redacted] said he was checking and would get back with me. I never heard back. I called community students on 11/10/15 and left a msg with [redacted] for [redacted] to call me. I called the athletic dept at [redacted] High School on 11/12/15 to see if they had any posters from community students displayed in the school. The athletic director returned my call later that week and said he did not see posters in his area. [redacted] calls me back on 11/13/15 and we talk. He said he will mail me the calendar. I finally received 4 posters on/about 11/19/15 and I notice the following: the city is misspelled, the first game was 8/24/15, the last was 10/30/15. My wife emails a picture of the calendar to a friend who's son is on the football team. She in-turn sends it to all her friends (with kids on the team) and none of them have ever seen the flyer. I send [redacted] an email 11/25/25 as he is difficult to reach by phone. After a few calls to [redacted], he returns my call. We talk about my email. I tell him I am not happy and I want my money back. He said he is not authorized to return my money, but again offers me free advertisement in other community fliers. He claims the ad went out on time and I did received what I paid for. He refuses to let me talk to his boss. He says he wants to work with me, but can only offer free advertising.Desired Settlement: I have several reasons to believe the ad NEVER went out, and ZERO proof the ad did go out. According to [redacted] the ad wasn't out on 9/30/15, more that 1/2 way through the season. Am I the only one in [redacted] who noticed they misspelled the city [redacted]? I am not interested in working with [redacted] ever again. I would like a full refund.
