damage to my vehicle during it being towed.My vehicle was towed because of motor issues. I had called community towing company to have my [redacted] towed. When the driver was dropping off my vehicle I had noticed that he had punctured a hole in the transmission pan. All the fluid leaked onto the ground. After discussing with the owner when he would be covering the cost of the damage. He had states that he was not going to pay for any of the damages that his company had done. Until I replaced the motor in my vehicle. If I didn't replace the motor in my vehicle then he wasn't going to fix any damages. Desired SettlementI am wanting the damages to my vehicle payed for even if I repair the motor or not. He had damaged it so he needs to cover the cost of the damages.
