I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in November of 2015. It was known at the time of sale that the air conditioning was not properly functioning, and the part needed to fix it would be arriving in two days. I returned the vehicle to have the part installed; this did not fix the problem. They held the vehicle for over almost two weeks attempting to fix this issue. Thankfully they gave me a "loner" vehicle. During this time period I never received status updates regarding my vehicle and never received phone calls back when I requested an update.

When my vehicle was finally "fixed", I was called and told I could pick up my car. They lied, the air conditioning was not properly fixed. When I called to tell them it was not fixed they told me I could drop it off but this time no loner car would be available because they don't offer that. I told them that the had previously issued me a loner vehicle and they responded with "we will look into this and call you back"; I never received a call back.

I am now in the process of obtaining legal council due to breach of contract. DO NOT do business with this company. They are unethical and do not follow through on their obligations.

In a word, this organization is fantastic! I could not be happier with each and every employee--all are simply the best! It is no wonder their A+ rating has been established.
